How and where do I collect my car?
It couldn't be easier. A representative from the car rental company
will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall, displaying
a clipboard with your name on it.
What happens if I can't find the representative?
Don't panic! It very rarely occurs. In most cases the rep. will
be assisting another client elsewhere in the hall or parking bay.
They. will be aware of your arrival and will return to the arrivals
hall to find you as they have dealt with their client.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We have you flight details and monitor arrivals frequently so if
you arrive late we will be waiting for you as normal.
What documentation do I need to present?
To hire a car you need to present a valid UK or international drivers
licence and a current passport.
Can the car rental company refuse to provide me with a
car?
Yes, they can refuse to provide a car if they deem that you are
unfit to drive or you do not meet eligibility requirements.
What happens if the car has a mechanical problems or I
have an accident?
In these circumstances it is important that you report the problem
or incident to the local car hire company a.s.a.p. and follow their
procedures so that they can assist you.
