Notification of change to terms and conditions:
Please note that a surcharge of 20 € applies for anybody
arriving and collecting their vehicle after 22:00 local time. This surcharge
will also apply to late arrivals.
Who can book a car?
Any drivers over 25 years with at least two years driving experience, a current
passport and a valid driving licence.
What happens if I am under 25 years?
All drivers under 25 years must produce a valid credit card in the name of
the driver upon collection of the car as a form of deposit against damage,
and a security for the car.
Can I rent a car for less than 1 week?
Yes. However please note the minimum rental period is 5 days.
How do I book?
The entire process couldn't be simpler, just follow our 3 step reservation
process outlined below:
1. Select your car from our car fleet guide or the list below.
2. Please fill out the booking request
form including all the required fields marked with(*) including
your Arrival/departure dates and flight Number/times.
3 . Once you have completed the form click on the "Send Request" button
to email your enquiry to us.
Within 48 hours you will receive an email confirming or declining
your booking.
How do I pay?
Prepayments and deposits are NOT required. Once your booking has been confirmed
no payment is required until your car is delivered. We accept payment in
Euros and VISA/Mastercard. Please note there are no supplements to pay for
paying by credit card.
Can I call you if I have a question or a problem?
To keep costs low and pass on the benefits to our clients we only accept online
bookings. If you have any questions regarding the booking request please email
us and we will endeavour to answer them promptly.
What if I change my mind?
We do not impose a cancellation charge, all we ask is that you let us know
as soon as possible that you wish to change or cancel the booking. We can
then reallocate the vehicle to another customer.
Makes and models
Whilst every effort is made to provide the car requested we are
unfortunately unable to guarantee a particular make or model of
car only the class.
Luggage
Please ensure the vehicle is large enough to fit all passengers
and luggage.
Extra items
To avoid disapointment, do not forget to include any extra items
like child seats or roof racks to the booking request form.
